1) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Next-Day Dispatch Guarantee: Orders placed Mon–Fri by 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the following business day.

  • Preorders / backorders will show estimated ship windows on the product page.

2) Holiday Shipping (Peak Season)

  • We publish Christmas delivery cut-off dates on banners/site (ET).

  • Order before the posted cut-off and we’ll prioritize fulfillment; final delivery is subject to carrier performance and weather.

3) Shipping Rates & Free Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free Standard Shipping on US orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).

  • Orders under $50: real-time carrier rates shown at checkout.

  • Expedited options (e.g., 2-Day) offered where available at checkout.

4) Delivery Times (Estimated, Business Days)

  • Standard (Contiguous U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch

  • AK/HI, APO/FPO, U.S. Territories: 5–12 business days (carrier dependent)

Times are estimates; carriers may experience delays due to volume, weather, or operational issues.

5) Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

6) Warm/Cold Weather Care (Candles)

  • Candles can be sensitive to heat/cold in transit. Minor sweating, frosting, or softening can occur and usually resolves at room temperature.

  • In extreme weather we may add insulation or adjust the ship method at our discretion to protect your order.

7) Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Enter your complete, correct address at checkout. If you need to change it, email hello@bodicandle.com immediately with your order #.

  • If the carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item(s) minus shipping once received and inspected.

8) Split Shipments

  • To speed delivery, items may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

9) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Email hello@bodicandle.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order # and clear photos of the outer box, label, inner packing, and item(s). We’ll replace or refund affected items.

  • Marked “Delivered” but Not Received:

    1. Check with household members/neighbors and around the property.

    2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).

    3. Contact the carrier to open a trace, then email us with the case #.
      We’ll assist, but please note BODI isn’t responsible for theft after carrier delivery confirmation. Consider shipping to a secure address or requesting signature service (fee applies).

10) International Shipping (If Enabled)

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are paid by the recipient and are non-refundable.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

  • Some items may have country-specific restrictions (we’ll notify you if applicable).

11) Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to freight forwarders that prohibit candles or restricted materials.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain expedited services (carrier rules apply).

12) Order Edits & Cancellations

  • We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to edit or cancel, email hello@bodicandle.com ASAP.

  • Once a label has been created or the order has shipped, changes/cancellations are no longer possible.

13) Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our Exchange & Refund Policy for return windows, eligibility, and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility; we cover shipping for damaged/incorrect items.
